Challenge

Reckitt is a global manufacturer of FMCG hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Operating in over 68 countries, across six continents, historically Reckitt wanted to focus on greater brand consistency through the centralisation of their packaging design processes.

What we did

We looked at Reckitt’s processes and designed a system which would allow the customer greater oversight of all packaging artwork approvals, initially for their ‘Power Brands’ globally.
Our system was rolled out globally, serving over 3,500 users including Reckitt’s appointed Global Artwork & Repro Agencies who via our system are able to apply better control of pack localisation.

Results

Due to the scale of the implementation, we helped the customer design onboarding and training processes for every user.
We implemented company-wide SSO, enabling electronic records signatures using secure identity management. With each release, we ensured that the system was validated, safeguarding data integrity in accordance with ISPE, FDA, MHRA and EMA guidance.

We continue to partner with Reckitt, now well into our second decade of service, expanding the scope of the system workflows and the application’s global reach.

Reckitt has seen an increase in global brand consistency, and a reduction of errors and critical path time.
