Challenge

To deliver best in class world-wide brand consistency across more than 20 plant-based brands.

What we did

We co-created a best in practice print-ready artwork process and with our tech product ‘e-flow; this facilitated seamless critical path management, artwork approval and asset management. We create assets that span across 95 countries.

Results

We’ve worked in partnership to improve efficiencies:

  • Artwork “Right first time”  increased from 21% to 45% , now almost half of all artworks have no amendments.
  • Speed to market increased by 36% – from project initiation to artwork released to printer – a reduction of 9 days.
