Bacardi wanted to outsource all their global artwork and project management for packaging; the first time they’d considered using an external supplier. The objective was to drive efficiency in their Global packaging process.
To drive brand equity for the entire product portfolio across the Bacardi spirits business, including Global brand leaders such as Bacardi, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Dewars and Martini.
What we did
Our team became part of their team, improving quality and efficiency and driving consistency across their global brands, while supporting their team to take on new ongoing ways of working.
We placed highly skilled packaging account managers across a number of Bacardi’s Global operating centres including Florida, UK, France and Italy to work more cohesively with the local teams. In parallel we implemented our e-flow system to manage all their Global artwork approvals and Brand Content Management module to manage all their regulatory and legal copy more efficiently
We developed a consistent global artwork process, involving all key stakeholders – both at a decision making and operational level and this has worked seamlessly for a decade.
